Splash Car Wash Opening 4th Location in Port Orange
The owners of Splash Car Wash are preparing for the grand opening of their fourth location this month, the group announced on Friday. Their new car wash is set to have a ribbon-cutting ceremony at The Pavillion in Port Orange on Thursday, March 12. The ceremony will be from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., hosted alongside the Port Orange South Daytona Chamber of Commerce. The new Port Orange location is preceded by three other Splash Car Wash locations, two others in Port Orange and one in Ormond Beach. Another location is presently under construction in Palm Coast, bringing Splash Car Wash into the Flagler County market. Three partners own Splash Car Wash: Torrey Medina, Steve Schlossberg, and Ty Lohman. Together, they're approaching two decades of serving Volusia County with their car washes. "We're excited to be opening our fourth car wash," Medina said. "We opened our first location in Port Orange 19 years ago, so this isn't just growth for us--it's a deeper commitment to the community we've been proud to serve." The new Port Orange location is located at 5435 S. Williamson Blvd. It's open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Customers have access to a self-prep area with soap, sponges, and brushes to be used on bugs and bird droppings before cars are taken into the tunnel. After exiting, there is a self-serve shaded vacuum bay with compressed air, towels, tire inflators, and hand sanitizer. While the Port Orange location is an express wash, other Splash Car Wash locations offer full service. That means customers can have full-service interior cleaning performed by employees. Memberships are available as well, offering customers unlimited washes for a monthly subscription cost.
